Before your order is processed
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before we begin processing your order. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
If we cannot locate the folio
If we are unable to locate a folio from the details provided, and it cannot be resolved with you by email, we refund the order in full.
After documents are supplied
Once digital documents have been delivered to your email address, the service has been performed and the order is not normally refundable. If the documents we supplied are not the documents you ordered, contact us and we will put it right or refund the order.
Fast Track
If a Fast Track order is not delivered within 1 hour, the Fast Track fee is refunded. The underlying document order is unaffected.
How to request a refund
Email support@folioireland.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
