This policy explains how folioireland.com, operated by 8Forty AE trading as Folio Ireland, handles your information.
What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, the property details you provide, an optional phone number if you choose SMS updates, and an optional postal address for certified copies. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by us.
How we use it
Order details are used to locate and obtain the documents you ordered, to deliver them, to send order updates, and to handle any queries or disputes about the order. If review invitations are enabled, your name, email address and order number are shared with our reviews provider after your order so you can be invited to leave a review.
Who processes it
We use Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, DigitalOcean for hosting and document storage, and Autoaddress for Eircode address lookup where you use the search. With your consent, Google advertising cookies are used to measure our advertising. Each provider processes data under its own terms.
How long we keep it
Order documents are removed from our systems 30 days after upload. Order records are retained for as long as needed for accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Email support@folioireland.com with your order number.
